Place your Early Buy order between July 1 and August 31, 2026. Once the program closes, American Fire Products will begin manufacturing all the orders. This bulk processing and pre planned inventory is what allows us to offer such and incredible deal for you. Orders will begin shipping in October 2026.

When do I have to pay?
No upfront payment is required. Customers are billed when their order is ready to ship.

Can I place more than one Early Buy order?
Yes. You MUST specify that the order is an EARLY BUY. Contact your sales representative for details on placing multiple Early Buy orders during the program period.
Which products qualify?
Most American Fire Products manufactured products qualify for Early Buy discounts. Certain product categories and distributed brands are excluded. Contact your sales representative for complete program details.
Are fire pits included?
No. Fire pits are excluded from the Early Buy Program. Looking for a floor model discount? Ask your rep and we will be happy to have you place a firepit in your store.
Does free shipping apply to all Early Buy orders?
Yes. All qualifying Early Buy orders ship free.
Can I use my existing dealer payment terms?
Yes. Existing approved dealer payment terms remain in effect.
Is this offer available to both Dealer and Premier Dealer accounts?
Yes. Both Dealer and Premier Dealer accounts are eligible to participate. If your total early buy order is over $10,000, we will permanently adjusted you to a to “premier” partner.
