Free shipping is available on qualifying American Fire Products items.

Eligibility and order minimums may vary. If your order qualifies, a free shipping method will appear at checkout for you to select.

Eligible Products

Free shipping applies to American Fire Products branded items only, including burners, fire glass, lava rock, ignition systems, and accessories that we stock and ship directly.

Exclusions

Some items do not qualify for free shipping due to size, weight, or shipping requirements. These may include custom or made-to-order items, oversized products, or items with special shipping requirements.

Examples include Warming Trends burners and components, fire pits, fire bowls, fire & water features, and fire logs.

Shipping costs for non-qualifying items will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Information

Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Some restrictions may apply, and not all items qualify for same-day shipping.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Our carriers deliver shipments seven days a week to residential addresses in major metropolitan areas, six days a week to residential addresses in suburban areas (Monday through Saturday), and five days a week to commercial addresses (Monday through Friday).

This map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. Some products may have longer lead times.
