Step-By-Step Written Instructions
Building Display:
- 1.Add Screws and Camlocks to the 4 long bottom pieces
- a.Connect them to each other and tighten Camlocks
- 2.Lay the Base Panel down flat
- a.Add Screws into bottom of Base Panel
- b.Place the 4 connected bottom pieces onto the Base Panel and Screws
- i.Tighten camlocks to secure bottom pieces to the base panel
- 3.Flip connected Bottom Pieces and Base Panel over
- 4.Add 4 Screws onto the top of the Base Panel and move to the side
- 5.Add the 6 Screws and 2 Camlocks to each of the Side Panels
- 6.Add Camlocks to the Center Panel
- 7.Connect Side Panels screws into to Center Panel
- a.Tighten Camlocks to keep Side Panels and Center Panel together
- 8.With 2 people, lift the connected Center and Side Panels onto the top of the Base Panel
- a.Tighten Camlocks to connect top half to bottom half
Pegs, Signage, and Product:
- 1. Each side of the display holds 6 of our 25LB Buckets (12 total)
- 2. Fire Ring Side:
- a. 2 pegs on top row, approximately a foot from the left side, to hold the 18” Rings
- b. 2 pegs on top row, approximately a foot and a half away from the right side, to hold the 24” Rings
- c. 2 pegs on 8th row from the top, approximately a foot away from the left side, to hold the 12” Rings
- d. 1 peg on the 8th row from the top, approximately 2 feet away from the left side, to hold the 6” Rings
- 3. H-Burner Side
- a. On left half, on the top row, place 2 pegs approximately a foot apart from each other to hold the 18” H-burner
- b. On right half, on the top row, place 2 pegs approximately a foot apart from each other to hold the 24” H-burner
*Important to make sure on the top two sets of H-Burners, 18” and 24”, rotate the hose to the backside to ensure the hose does not overlap with the H-Burner below*
- c. On 3rd row from the top, in the center of the row, place two pegs approximately 2 feet from each other to hold the 30” H-Burner
- i. May need to slightly bend the pegs downward to help ensure there is no overlap between 1st and 2nd row of H-Burners
- d. On 6th row from the top, in the center of the row, place two pegs approximately 2 feet from each other to hold the 36” H-Burner
- e. On 9th row from the top, in the center of the row, place two pegs approximately 2 feet from each other to hold the 48” H-Burner
- 4. Lite Stone Balls
- a. On the 4th Row from the top, place 2 pegs to hold 23 lite stone ball boxes
- b. Repeat previous step on the 9th row from the top
- c. Repeat previous step om the 2nd row from the bottom
- d. Place Lite Stone Ball calculator on 2nd row from the top next to the boxes
- 5. Valves and Keys Side (Side 1)
- a. Place both of the Fire Glass Calculators on the top row next to each other
- b. On 4th row from the top, place 2 pegs along row to hold Key Valve & 90-degree Key Valve
- c. On 9th Row from the top, place 3 pegs to hold Air mixers, 8” Keys, and 12” Keys
- d. On 4th Row from the top, place Catalog holder and inset Catalogs
