The homeowner sent us some photos last night of everything lit up and all I can say is wow 🤩🔥🔥🔥!!! Sometimes I can’t believe this was all achieved using only concrete and color! Aaron, Colten, Will and Jayden did a fantastic job carving the stones and details in!! The stamped patio was stamped with the stones of Athens stamp we used Brickform/Solomon’s Slate gray integral color and antiqued it with dark gray antique-it. Walking through the showroom at work I realized that our fire pits make for some pretty badass backdrops. So naturally I chucked my citizenwatchus into the fire to see how the colors would work. I'm pretty pleased with it too. (no watches were harmed in this impromptu shoot) I love my citizen watches (I counted and over the years I've collected like 5 or 6 eco drives) and nothing holds up, looks as good, and functions like a citizen. I've been wearing my Navihawk AT for about a year and a half and I have to say, it is one of my favorite watches of all time. Maybe even tied with my Titanium Skyhawk. Welcoming 🤗, secluded-feeling 🌄, flexible layout 🤹, and cool as hell 💣 – those were our main requirements for the rooftop patio at the #browncountybarnburner . Easy peasy, right? 😎 . Well, I know I’m biased, but it turned out to be all of those things and more and is seriously one of the most magical parts of staying at the Barn Burner. . And you can bet that, come spring, I’ll be adding lots of plants to finish turning it into the secret rooftop garden of my dreams. 💮🌿🌻🌳🐝🌸🌴🌼 . This is the only truly “shared” space at the Barn Burner and the 2-South, 3-East, and 3-West units all have direct access. . The furniture is all lightweight and modular and the layout is meant to be flexible. We want this space to work well for whoever is staying, at any given time. . Even though we've only been officially open and hosting for a month now, the rooftop patio has already proven its worth several times over, and I can say with confidence that our guests have gotten to enjoy one of the most unique spots in Nashville. . So, as much as I miss getting to hang out in this magical spot whenever I want, I’m excited to continue sharing it with our guests for years to come. . I know there will be a lot of great memories made here…and hopefully many more s’mores roasted around the fire 🔥 .
